Little Darlings Baby Card with Marianne Designs Embossing folder

Graphics 45 and Marianne Designs folder DS0915

Baby Boy-Birthday,New arrival,Grown up birthday, so many possibilities

Good Morning fellow Crafters.

This mornings share is a card I made using Marianne Designs embossing folder. The reason I love these folders is the cut out features and how it really nicely embosses. There is so much you can do with the design elements of the folders. With this card I threaded blue ribbon through the cutouts and liked the effect.
In my previous post I shared cards made with the little darlings Graphic 45 paper which is a timeless collection. How many times do we buy paper, stash it away, pull it out a year later and go, "What was I thinking buying this paper."Our tastes change but this collection will never go out of style.

I am still using the same paper as in my previous posts so I am not storing but using up my stash.I am into the stash busters mode to use up as much of my papers as I can so if you have any ideas how you accomplish this let me know so I can share with everyone.

Spellbinder Shapeability and Marianne Designables embossing folders

Good Morning Fellow Crafters,

I hope everyone had a fantastic Mother's Day and the weather couldn't have been nicer.

A few weeks ago I had posted an idea on what to do with scraps of paper in your stash so I am excited to share a new way to become a stashbuster.I love all those bits of designer papers that I cannot throw away, yet have not used them either,so here the stash grows.

With that in mind I thought what a better way than to try my new Spellbinder Shapeability with my Marianne Designables that emboss and cut at the same time.Having little time sometimes, I like to be able to quickly make cards without sacrificing quality so here is my design to start you off .

Materials Used
Card 1
Spellbinder S5-112
Webster Pages
Burgundy Ribbon
Sakura Glue Pen
Fairy dust glitter
Cuttlebug
From a 6x6 sheet of Designer Paper I cut out with the spellbinder the shape(this is from my stash)
Next I used double sided paper from my stash  to cut out the spellbinder shape.
Following the instruction on the spellbinder I folded all the pcs over.
I threaded ribbon around the center and up through the middle
Pop Dot the shape onto the card
Add some glue and glitter with a ribbon and your card is done in less than 20 minutes.

Card 2
Materials
Marianne Designable DS0916
Spellbinder S5-113
Webster pages stash pc
Card stock
Kaiser craft Rhinestones
Teal Ribbon

Each of these dies come in sets of 3- Large (this is what I used)Med and Small dies so they can be stacked if you wish.
Hope you have a great day and takes for taking a wee peek.

Don't forget Buckhorn Craft market Starts up again May 22,2012 so if you are in the area and want something to do there is lot's to see.

Hugs

Helen
